Brandi passante was a cult star after her performance on the reality show 'StorageWars' on A&E. The show also was a part of Jarrod Schulz who was her boyfriend of many years and now husband. In the show, storage lockers that aren't received their rent payment in the last three months are auctioned off. Brandi and Jarrod who run the "Now and Then" thrift shop in Orange, California participated in the auction hoping to purchase storage units for a low price. They had no idea that the show would become reality-TV stars! Through the series the couple showed themselves to be extremely shrewd bidders, and eventually emerged as the stars of the program. The couple's popularity in the show's reality competition helped them expand their operations. They opened another shop in addition to the one they already operated. Their appearance in 'Storage Wars' also inspired a spin-off program "Brandi & Jerrod: Married to the Job' that is exclusively focusing on them.
